After a bit of weight loss frustration, and tired of feeling tired all the time, I've decided to give the diet a go. It's called the Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomroy.
It's definitely going to be a challenge for me: I'll be giving up caffeine, gluten, refined sugars, dairy, and probably some other things that are too depressing to think about. But I intend to post on my blog to keep me accountable and share my journey. I'll probably post some brief updates on my Facebook page too.
Today is my first day. Wish me luck!
